Where can I view found property?
To view found property come to the Sharon Police Department Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Be prepared to present either written documentation or give a verbal confirmation of ownership.

As a result of security issues, the Village of Sharon Police Department maintains the following policy regarding requests for official Police Department uniform patches:
No person, residing in the village, shall own, keep, harbor, or have custody or possession of any dog or cat which is more than five months of age, unless a license has been obtained for the dog or cat in accordance with this section. A license shall be obtained for each dog or cat prior to the date on which it becomes five months of age, which license shall remain in effect until December 31 of the year in which it is obtained. The license shall be renewed on an annual basis thereafter, prior to January 1 of each succeeding calendar year. Applications for licenses to be effective during a calendar year may be made not more than 30 days prior to the beginning of the year. As used in this section, the terms "license" and "license tag" are equivalent, and are used interchangeably. dd an answer to this item.
