The Sharon Municipal Court is a separate entity of the village government and is independent of the Police Department. Municipal Court is held at the Village Community Center located at 125 Plain Street.
Court is held on the 1st Thursday of every month at 6:00pm (Except for July in 2024)

If you were issued a citation, your citation will either be marked "Appearance Required" or "Appearance Not Required". (located on the top of the ticket)
If your citation is marked "Appearance Not Required", you do not have to attend court. However, you must pay the fine prior to the court date.
If you wish to enter a "Not Guilty" plea, you can do so in writing prior to your scheduled court date OR in person at your scheduled court date.
